Paul Hardy Designer Silk Blend Black Star Pencil Wrap Skirt size 6/8 Medium

Gorgeous designer skirt that was unfortunately too small for me. The tag is an 8 but measurements suggest it’s more of a size 6 in standard sizing. In excellent like new condition, could just use a bit of a steam. There is no more fabric content label but from what I can find online it’s a silk blend I think? (Probably silk poly?) Waist 14” Hips 19” (wrap has a bit of give though) Length 24”
