Gorgeous and exotic new without tags and unused. It is a regal bright blue color with gold trim. Can be worn open or closed with gold snap buttons. Looks either Arab Arabic or Renaissance style. Please note this is not a cape but Poshmark made me pick a category and this was the closest as it reminds me of a kaftan caftan or abaya. It is a formal full length long jacket or coat.
