Hi double straps not adjustable. Yes 2 top zippers and snap on the middle interior compartment

On the front is a small slip pocket and 2 zippers pockets on one side, zipper pocket and snap pocket on the other side

@driajewell approximately a 14 inch drop from middle of the strap to top of the purse. If I measure from the hardware each strap is 30”
