distinctivus @hollywoodjames I will definitely save the photo of the certificate and crop out separately the QR code and just throw those in a file in my computer. they will last forever I do have two other pairs by this designer and they are phenomenal shoes!

distinctivus @hollywoodjames being a full-time reseller I completely hear you on getting to the point of marking down to free up space. the guy I listen to a lot is technsports and one of the best things I learned is you can take all of the money or take some of the money unless you have unlimited storage to wait for all the money and it is so so true. but thank you so much for the amazing deal 🤩

distinctivus @hollywoodjames I hear you completely and my goal last year was to minimize storage costs. I have a whole stream of income that does nothing but estate clean outs and I take literally everything out of the house so they can sell it or give it back to a landlord. I end up with everything under the sun and I donate a ton of it to different women's causes and then resell.

distinctivus @hollywoodjames I live on a quarter acre outside Denver CO and I bought waterproof hunting tents and I'm using those for storage and my storage cost has gone from $700 a month down to $50 a month and I'm hoping to be out of that unit by the summer. plus my garage is full. so I've stopped doing cleanouts until I get stuff in space under control again. but the storage struggle is real

hollywoodjames @distinctivus yeah I live in beverly Hills my 650 square-foot apartment is $3000 a month and my 10 x 10 storage unit which I have two of our $250 a month but sourcing in LA definitely helps. Really cool about the estate stuff you do . This is why I should just buy a big property in the middle of nowhere haha

distinctivus @hollywoodjames I used to travel the country In my former career and go to a new city every six months to two years and I did that for 15 years. I met a ton of cool people & lived in some really cool cities. I miss the vibe of LA along the beach & a lot of the cool stuff to do but I don't miss it. I'm from New York and that's the city I miss the most.
