So pretty! Smocked top with puff sleeves. The sleeves have elastic on the shoulders to keep them in place. Beautiful slate blue color! I purchased this and it doesn’t quite fit me. Runs tts. Smoke free home ♥️ Never worn, but the tag got ripped off.
