Custom mermaid girls Halloween costume size 6 sequin and pearls

Paid $160 for this beautiful dress last year and it was worn once. The hem has come apart but can be fixed with simple stitching. The rest of the dress is in excellent condition. My daughter was a true size 6. Smoke free and pet free home.
