Formal Party Jacket R & M Richards by Karen Wong Chic Draped Open Coat

This is a glamorous coat / wrap made of dark navy acetate and embellished with creamy silver/gold designs.There are floral bouquet designs floating over a check of silver/gold squares made of silver dots and lines. The photos show the background color as black, but in natural lighting it is dark navy. There are shoulder pads, but there are no buttons or zippers or other closing device. There are no pockets, just draped cloth like a shawl, but it's an open coat. The fabric is acetate with Spandex content. It is made by R & M Richards, and does not have size on tag.
