@octomaid4 can you tell me where you saw $4.99 shipping? It shows $7.97 on my end. The discounted shipping that Poshmark offers is when the seller drops a price by 10% then sends out offers but I haven’t done that on this listing. I believe you can cancel the order if you want

@octomaid4 no worries, you don't have to send it to me, but when Poshmark responds to both of us, I believe at that time you can respond with the screenshot. That's it, it's all done through them so no personal emails or phone numbers are used

@octomaid4 Poshmark replied that you have to contact them to resolve the issue. I will send the sweater today if you don’t want to cancel the order as I don’t take returns

@octomaid4 if you click on your profile and select “My Purchases,” then you can select this order. On the order there is a link you can click on that says “Problems with order/Inquiry.” That is the way you contact Poshmark to report a problem
