J. B. Express Vintage black white polka dot short-sleeve dress ~ SMALL MEDIUM

This wonderfully pretty black and white short-sleeve c. 1980s does 1950s balloon sleeve polka dot dress was produced by the American brand J.B. Xpress. It's well-made from good quality light to light-medium weight 100% cotton fabric, has awesome poofy/balloon sleeves (with a sweet little white plastic shank style button on the cuff area of each sleeve), a becoming deep-vee crossover neckline, and wonderful fit-and-flare shape. It is unlined and does not have any pockets. The weight of its fabric makes this vintage short-sleeve B&W dress a good choice for a range of different seasons, occasions, and aesthetics. 😍 🏷️ Brand: J.B.
