This beautiful navy velvet burnout top/blouse has see through beige throughout with pink, blue, red, green and cream flowers. You can layer with a tank underneath although it does not really show or wear it over a tank dress. Size is L and measures 23’ from underarm to under and 25’ from shoulder to end. Has a slightly ruffled bottom and buttons from the midriff section up to neck. Made of viscous and silk, In good used condition.
