paris1278 @dsc10121921 it’s not as bad as you think. The inside is just lint that can shake out. The flap I’m not sure you can try but I used this bag probably twice I bought it from neiman. It’s a really nice bag. Those spots on the flap does not look as bad as in the photo. I took it outside in the light so it looks more than you would think k. It’s the leather it’s soft so handprints and all that stuff will make it look that way
