Measurement is widest Velcro adjustment on waist 15.5” when folded to the “widest” Velcro position. Labeling these a medium range fit 🤍 could maybe work for a large but I suggest someone who’s mostly size medium in pants and skirts!! this skirt is from the brand wild West. It is an authentic suede fringe brown Velcro wrap skirt. It is missing obviously like a belt. You can see a little notches in the top where you would maybe string through a belt and scratches on the leather, but it is a very unique western fall, fringe, suede leather skirt, and a mini skirt the length on it as seen in the pictures. Approximately 23 inches from the top of the skirt to the bottom of the fringe part. Again, this is a pre-loved skirt please look at the photos and ask questions. It would be cute with tall boots and a sweater for fall or you could use it in other seasons as well.
