What are the measurement? Does bag have a shoulder strap?

@thepsw Hi! This is a top handle style. the approximate dimensions are 13" wide, 10" high, 3" deep.
The handle adds around 2 1/2" to the height. The front pockets add approximately 1" to the depth. I found it to have excellent capacity, especially because it is soft and flexible.
