Brand new with tags!! Color is described in tag as a purple but looks more like a deep red. Cold shoulder velvet like top. Has a longer for fit with a seam at the waist. Keyhole closure on front with a button. Although the top is brand new with tags the button closure on the front does need the loop reattached. Simple fix. Flaw reflected in price!
