CHLOE Silk and Lace Sleeveless Blouse

Whimsical sleeveless blouse by Chloe. It has a unique construction, with buttons on the back that fall open, and a silk strap which connects the back panels. The materials tag has been cut out, but I believe the main fabric is silk, with lace panels. There are a couple of small marks (see photos) which are reflected in the price. Otherwise in great condition.
