Fully lined. Inside snap to secure where the jacket overlaps. Pieced and seamed to flatter the body. Minor sign of wear from touching the skin inside the collar just below where it folds over (see pic).

tkcham @jensue007 yes. Inside the collar and down the front the lining is suede. You can see in the 5th pic from the bottom the extent of the suede vs. the nylon lining.

tkcham @jensue007 correction - the rest of the lining is polyester, not nylon, per the tag.
