Beautiful skirt I got from a friend, quilted and button down with all original hardware. Has a faux tie on the waist band, not much room for stretch though and the tie doesn’t adjust the waist, it’s purely cosmetic. Waist: 28-30 Hips: 34-38 Length: floor length on me at 5’7”
