Heartland Valley Village 1998 Santa's Sweet Shop Limited Edition #9822206 Deluxe In very good condition with only very minor flaws. I see two small chips that are smaller than a piece of dry rice. Took me a while to even find those flaws. Overall in great shape. Does not include the light unfortunately. Will be shipped in the original box with styrofoam’s inside another bigger box
