Etro Belt opals gemstone made in Italy

In excellent condition, this buckle has several stones that have flowers in them. I believe there like a clay and then several that look like gemstones specifically some that look like opals. I don’t know if they are. It’s an excellent condition. It’s a beautiful belt and measurement is 40 inches of the leather.
