IMPO Stretch Boots. Size 8. Great black and multi-gray shade color blocked pattern. 3 1/2” heel. These are awesome boots. I typically where a wide calf pair of boots and these fit me spectacularly. They look wonderful on and are quite comfortable. as I'm not sure where to measure from I measured from where the heel of the foot meet s the heel itself to the top and I believe that is the shaft length which is 13 and 1/2
