Vintage, most likely 90s, emerald green crushed velvet open front crop length tie closure shirt with bell sleeves. The pictures don't pick up the green color very well, but it is emerald green color in person. Tagged a size M/L 100% polyester Made in the USA When I lay it on the floor, as pictured, the pit to pit is about 17" but that could change based on how tight or loose you tie it.
