This is a fun, bright and festive one! Excellent condition This skirt fully opens. Wraps around with 2 small belts on each side for closure Belts are leather with silver hardware It is very pleated in the back and more straight in the front 100% pure new wool Made in Scotland Plaid Colors are fun .. bright red, black, blue, yellow, and green The best part about this (in my opinion) is the fringe!!!
