Vintage 1980's black velvet with elaborate gold floral design blazer by NORTON McNAUGHTON Petites. Beautiful vintage condition with minimal signs of wear! Made in the USA. Five ornate black button closure on the front. Scoop neck. 50% acetate 50% nylon. Fully lined in black fabric. Marked size 8 Petite. Very light shoulder pads that can easily be removed. Measures 16.5" across shoulders, 20" across underarms, 22.5" sleeves, 20" down the back.
