NEW Madewell Ruched V-neck Mini Dress

BRAND NEW WITH TAGS. Size 2. Never worn, but ordered a size too big for me. I’m normally a size XS/S, 26 waist and this is too loose, so this would fit a size S/M, maybe 28-30 waist? Still in plastic packaging with tags attached.
