abdelhak1 @maidforyouclean Hi. The box is unopened. I have pictures of all that you can see on the box. I would be more than glad to provide additional photos if needed. The no return because I would not want a potential buyer to OPEN the factory wrapping box and use the ear pods then return the ear pods. Hygiene safety and and the value declines with an opened box
