@livesouthern200 she is 5'7 and wearing 3'' heels. The bottom has a horse hair (this is what we call it, im sure it's got a for real name lol) band in the hem, so it can be easily taken up (we hemmed it up about an inch) or let down about 3 more inches. Give me a few and i'll send measurements- we didnt have to do any alterations other than the bottom- since couture runs small, if fit her like a glove (shes a 2 in street wear).
