Vintage sailor naval pants black wide leg U.S.N. sz 28 EUC

ABOUT: US Navy pants in a nice quality wool. These are in excellent condition with no defects. These feature 14 anchor buttons and a lace up back. There are two front pockets, an open slit and a zip slit both across the top of the pants. No side or back pockets. The interior label says "manufactured by naval clothing factory". They were issued to someone but I can't read the name.
