This blouse is new with tags and it comes from a smoke-free home. It is size medium, it measures 20 inches from armpit to armpit and 23 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the blouse. The fabric is 80% polyester, 16% nylon and 4% spandex.please see pictures and feel free to ask questions.
