Black platform loafers size 39

Man made material - black Platform loafers - size 39 - sole of Shoe measures approximately 11 inches . I take 7.5 and these are a little snug . I have worn them once and they are comfortable- for me just too tight with socks . There is a small blemish on the top of right shoe - small white rim - see photos- I have not tried to remove -
