VTG 70s Alice Stuart Tie Neck Tunic Top Paisley Floral Stripe Hippy M

Vintage Alice Stuart tunic top. It has no size or fabric content tag. It is a lightweight woven fabric and feels synthetic like polyester or acetate. The fabric does not stretch. There are some small runs in fabric, one side of neck tie is crinkled up, see photos. It has slits in the bottom up the sides so I believe it is meant to be a tunic and not a dress as the slits would be quite high wearing it as a dress. I am estimating it to fit an S/M.
