Lulus Special Radiance White Satin Strapless Romper with Overskirt. The detachable tulle skirt was hemmed for my height (5’4” + 3 inch heels) Worn once for my bachelorette party (and absolutely loved it!) There is some snagging on the fabric of the romper (see last photo)
