Beautifully sewn iridescent 80s prom dress. Accented with a bow on the lower back, puff sleeves, and roses on the arms. This sweetheart neckline dress would be awesome for an 80s event prom or Halloween. It fits like a 0/2. I do not think it is homemade but I cannot find a tag. If it is, it is done wonderfully.
