Such an amazing quality, timeless piece to add to your wardrobe. In new condition with original tags attached. I believe it dates from the 90s, possibly 80s. 100% wool, lined on the inside. Side zipper. Made in Belarus. Depending on hight, falls just below the knee. Would look incredible with some tall boots! Measurements: waist- about 15.5” across hips- 23” across (my best estimation of where hips would fall. See photo.) length: 30”
