70s VTG Mod Mini Dress Petite A Line Handmade Floral Retro GoGo Striped

In very good preowned vintage condition. Has two extremely tiny minor pin prick sized marks on it as shown in the close up image. Very slight minor discoloration on the arm pit as shown in the photos. Adorable a-line mini dress. Shift style silhouette. Handmade. No materials tag, but I think it’s cotton if I had to guess. Size: approx a small petite. I’m a size 4 and I’m 5’ 3” and it fits me perfectly and is a great length. Might be a bit too short on anybody 5’ 4” or more.
