Vintage plaza south open knit green short sleeve cardigan with bottom fringe

This open knit is perfect over a tank or simple dress. Size large but fits smaller. The tag did come off but it is in great condition otherwise. Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit: 17” Waist: 18”
