TOMMY BAHAMA size MEDIUM, white, eyelet, adjustable spaghetti strapped midi dress. The dress has three tiers. The hem line has a beautiful white trim(see photos). The neckline has a drawstring tie with tassels on the front side. The waist is elastic. Pit to pit measures 18 1/2 inches. The waist in relaxed state measures 14 inches, but since it is elastic, it has stretch. From the top of the elastic waistband to the bottom of the hem it measures 35 inches. The shell and lining of dress are 100% cotton.
