Linen Bland Summer Top

Sweet polka dots top with sweetheart style neckline and smocked back. Very Marilyn Monroe like. Fabric is blend of rayon and linen. It is labeled as medium and will expand to medium in width, but won’t fit big breast. I think it fits better on small size and will fit up to B in bra size. Shown on size 6 dress form. Chest across unstretched is 17”, can expand in rib cage circumference because of smocked back. Length is 16.5”
