Vintage Coach BERKELEY XL Duffle Sac in RED No. D6B-9010

Oh my GOODNESS!!!! A Berkeley bag by Coach….is there anything better???? The Ergos are getting all the love right now but if you ask me they ain’t got nuthin on the Berkeley line!!! These bags are the epitome of casual, laid back COOL! All my 90s peeps can attest to this! The ONLY reason I’m willing to let this girl go is because I found one of my unicorns…..a Berkeley XL duffle in Russet!!!! This bag features plush red suede exterior and smooth leather interior, 1 interior slip pocket AND the original 2 sided Berkeley hangtag!!! That in itself is amazing!!!! The brass hardware is not patinaed, it was aged originally by Coach as part of the aesthetic!!!! As amazing as this bag is there are some spots that appear darker in some light….to me they seem to be color transfer from something like a dark jean jacket but I can’t be sure! Thankfully, the nap of suede is very forgiving and camouflages well! There is also 1 small spot on bottom of bag on the smooth leather. PLEASE ENLARGE ALL PHOTOS TO REVIEW! This is a vintage item….it is not new! The patina and marks add character and charm to the item!! Many purchase vintage for these very reasons!
