This is a true, antique, genuine, cameo pin that can also be worn on a chain as a pendant. Hallmark on the back is 800 which is the Mark of European silver. Measurements are shown in the last two photos. This is truly a unique piece. Grandmother passed away in January, she was 102 this was one of her favorite cameos.
