Vintage Opening Night Fit and Flare Dress 80s Black Lace Petticoat Size 11/12

This is a 1950s style fit and flare dress made in the 80s. Bodice is lined laced with a sweetheart neckline. Sleeves are puffed at the shoulders, full length, and also fully lined lace. There are shoulder pads, long back zipper and hook and eye closure. Waist is belted with a removable 2" wide fabric belt with a large bow on the front. The belt snaps with three snaps in the back. Midi length skirt is full with an attached petticoat to give it a true 1950's vibe, and it makes a swishy sound as you move. No fabric tag attached. Made in the USA.
