Line & Dot Ostrid Feather Black Ruched Sleeveless Mini Dress Small NWT (FLAW)

this line & dot black mini dress features a strapless sweetheart neckline and ruched bodice with tiered layers of soft ostrid feathers. This is new with a tag. However, a section of one of the layers of feathers, on the back, has been sewn on the inside. you can leave as is and it's probably not too noticeable. To fix, you'd need to undo the stitching on that 6 inch section, pop the trim through to the outside, and stich back up. could be an easy fix for someone that sews. please see photos for reference. tried my best to show it. also no belt included side zipper closure. can be a little tricky, but 100% works.
