Vintage Women's Housecoat. This has got to be at least 40 years old. Some condition issues inside with wear (see pics) and some loose threads. Belt attached at empire height. Textured buttons and only one pocket. Pit to pit 20, waist - 38. Total length - 54. Tag was cut, maybe cotton blend outside, poly inside. Just a fab find.
