This is such and adorable party dress. The bodice is 95% cotton and super soft. The tulle layered skirt is so adorable and has a matching flower made out of the same colors with a few rhinestones and felt. This dress was maybe worn once and is in like new condition. It is really so lovely. It is a little girl's size 6.
