tripletjlm Hello, do you know if these run big as I had a full size boot this size and were too big. I may need to size down to 38?

tripletjlm @lilroosy thank you! Appreciate your help I will have to try on for size at a local store and see if my true size is 38 or 39. I had purchased a 39 on poshmark of the tall boots were too big had to re-posh and sell them :(. I’ll let you know soon.
