Vintage ('60s) ~ a SILVER-plated PUFFED HEART to wear as a pendant on the new bright PINK RIBBON that I put through the bale ~ or any other colored ribbon you like ~ or on a silver chain you might have ~ or the bale might be large enough for an Omega necklace too. AUTHENTIC "FLOWER CHILD" puffed heart (yes, I did wear it to concerts and band rehearsals in the late '60s). This was a very trendy item at the time and you could buy them in a little turquoise jewelry box (for a much higher cost). It measures 1-1/4" from the tip to the low end at the middle top, but the rounded sides of the top are maybe 1/4" higher ~ about 1-1/2" across at the top ~ about 1/4" thick (I have a photo to show you how thick it is).
