Navy floral high-low wrap dress M

Flowy and light weight. This wrap dress is so elegant. The neck line is low, straps are adjustable. It is modified slightly- I cut off some weird ruffle that was on the sleeve so there are a few stray stings on the straps from that but it looks soooo much better :)
