These pants are very comfortable and stretchy. 2" elastic waistband. Faux zipper and front pockets. Back pockets are usable! Inseam 30". 37" waist. Two faults: There is a manufacturing defect on the side of the left leg (see pictures). I took a picture of the inside and outside so you would know what you are getting. Secondly, the elastic in the waistband is not centered on the right front. You cannot feel it when you have them on. Smoke free, pet free home.
