Vintage Chanel 1950s Rare Gilt Hydrangea Flower Clip Earrings by Lina Baretti

Vintage 1950s Chanel earrings by Lina Baretti. Gilt metal and pearlized lavender enamel floral clip-on earrings in the shape of a hydrangea flower. Aside from another pair I have listed in gray, the only other pair of this style that has gone on the public market (as a vintage piece) that I’m aware of was a pair from the Lina Baretti estate in ivory enamel sold by Le Brech & Associés at auction a few years ago - an auction the New York Times covered in a December 2022 article. Unsigned, from the era before Chanel began signing all of their jewelry. I have had them professionally authenticated and will send certificate information along to the buyer - and of course everything over $500 would go through Poshmark authentication as well. Absolutely stunning, and a real collector’s piece.
