So cute black sleeveless cocktail dress with ruffle neckline that goes all the way to the hemline. Front zipper and tie belt. The ruffle has wire in it to adjust as you want. Dress does have a little stretch to it. In excellent worn condition. Approximate measurements laying flat: bust 17” across from armpit to armpit, waist 32” and length 35.5”.
