This is a really nice short sleeve blouse from Torrid. Harper Georgette Size 1 Super cute sleeves - Styled with gathers at the top of the sleeves (see photos) V-neck design with five buttons down the front White with black polkadots I removed the tags on this one, put it in my closet, but never wore it Would look super cute with a pair of black leggings.
